POSITION SUMMARY This position provides management and oversight of all substance use programs, including CSTAR, SOR program and treatment court programs within Beacon and its provider agencies. The Clinical Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Adult Community Services to oversee adult community-based services and ensure all guidelines and quality standards are met for assigned teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: •Provides clinical supervision of Beacon's team for substance use and co-occurring services. Clinical oversight for treatment court team members and provider agencies to ensure adequate staffing and training for treatment court programs. Answers inquiries over the phone and in-person regarding court dates, continuances, fine amounts, bond and warrant information, dispositions, and other information required by defendants, attorneys and the general public. 2. Processes payments to the Violations Bureau, both in person and through the mail. 3. Verifies ticket information and manually enters tickets when needed; prints labels, prepares and sends summons to the defendant as required; processes traffic and criminal tickets in preparation for court. 4.
