Pay Range: $150,000 - $170,000 Key Responsibilities: - Litigation Management: Manage all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents; conducting legal research; and developing litigation strategies. - Legal Advice: Provide strategic legal counsel to management on general liability and professional liability matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while minimizing legal risks.
