We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Project Lead, for a Long Term Contract (36 month project). This is a hybrid role, candidate must be local to Columbia, SC for 50 % onsite requirement. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a federally mandated Child Support Enforcement System (CSES) that provides comprehensive support to the operation of Child Support Enforcement (CSE) program as well as for completing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS) for all state family courts. DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is for a Business Analyst Project Lead and Functional Subject Matter expert who will be performing system testing, daily troubleshooting of complex defects, training, drafting General System Designs (GSDS) and assisting counties during the Maintenance and Operations phase of the FCCMS project.
