At IAP LLC, the Quality Control Inspector will inspect vehicles upon arrival, during processing and upon allocation as necessary to ensure the quality of work is completed and to document damage and deficiencies. Essential Duties: On all arriving vehicles, thoroughly and accurately survey vehicles, according to customer standards, for damage or shortage. Properly document and sticker damages, as well as complete manufacturer's survey form if necessary. Reconcile the survey with the survey results of independent survey companies, if necessary. Document warehouse and warranty damages occurring in their assigned area. Also note any quality deficiencies as they occur. Complete audits of handling vehicles, installations or other operations as requested. In accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, inspect the proper installation of all accessories completed by the Production Shop; and inspect body and paint work completed by the Body Shop.
