Steve and Gary are both active in the company, each managing a portfolio of several properties. During the past 30 years, Coates & Sowards, Inc. has managed over 5,000,000 square feet of shopping centers, industrial buildings, and office buildings, providing quality management services to businesses and individuals throughout Northern California. Coates & Sowards, Inc. was conceived during the growth boom in Silicon Valley. We have since extended our reach by recently opening an office in Las Vegas, Nevada, which is currently experiencing a similar population surge of its own. The prime concentration of activity at Coates & Sowards, Inc. is shopping centers, followed by industrial buildings and suburban office buildings. Although the focus is on property management, we are a full-service real estate firm which allows us to handle leasing and other real estate services for our clients.
