Job Description Job Description MAIN TASKS Manage, monitor and process incoming customer orders. Interface with customer replenishment buyers to communicate order delivery dates, request date modifications and ensure timely deliveries Ensure timely processing and shipment of orders. Interface with MAS200 for customer sales data and order history Monitor, update and report on customer POS activity Communicate with headquarters in Taipei and Onbo factory in China as needed, providing US customers immediate and superior quality service. Work closely with Inventory Manager for timely schedule of shipments. Manage all EDI transactions and order processing Ensure all necessary reporting obtained by corporate office is received on time for Sales Support to complete the monthly reporting and Rolling Forecast by deadline.
