He has over 23 years of sales experience with the last 17 years being in the flooring industry. Les was responsible for sales in the Midwest and Canada for a Georgia carpet mill before joining Comfort Flooring. He is responsible for the day to day management of the company. DAVE RIDDLE, Founder and Vice President, has been with Comfort Flooring since its inception in 1988. He is from nearby Lakeville, Indiana and has lived in the Michiana area his entire life. Dave has been associated with the carpet industry since 1982. He was the warehouse manager for a Georgia carpet mill before leaving to start his own carpet business. Dave has an incredible personality which all our accounts enjoy and has the ability to manage the operations of Comfort Flooring as well as provide our services to the commercial clientele. MARK MCCRAY, General Manager, has over 17 years of flooring experience. Mark started in November of 2007 but had spent the last ten years as a territory manager for the largest flooring mill in Georgia. Before that he was a store manager for a local flooring provider.
