The office manager will be responsible for accounting and sales, firm operating procedures, development and management of junior staff, and project management in a small and very dynamic work environment. Preferably the person in charge would be skilled at providing engineering analysis and reporting for vertical and horizontal construction to include foundations, retaining structures, roadways, soil improvement, liquefaction analysis, etc. and provide quality control oversight of OYO's Construction Material Testing laboratory in Guam.
