The Lithography Technician understands what a defect could be and inspects the materials and cans for any and all defects. The Supervisor will foster a collaborative team environment, working closely with operations management and other internal departments to drive efficiency and success. RESPONSIBILITIES •Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of cut-sheet, roll-fed, and ink-jet printing equipment, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. •Plan, schedule, and communicate job assignments on equipment to ensure timely completion in accordance with customer contracts and expectations. •Document run instructions and supervise staff to ensure compliance, promptly reporting discrepancies or issues to management.
