Being part of a forward-thinking organization is exciting. We meet goals without burnout, and coworkers respect each other’s efforts. Competitive pay and benefits attract and retain talent. There’s minimal innovation, but the company functions reliably. The schedule is consistent and easy to plan around. Pay is fair, though advancement takes time. Lots of standing during shifts.
