Key Responsibilities: Express Lane Operations: Greet and assist guests in the express lane, ensuring quick and seamless entry to attractions. Provide reliable well-informed information on the in-house express lane program and purchasing. Manage guest flow, ensuring that guests are entering the express lane appropriately and promptly. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing directions, and maintaining a positive attitude. Ensure guests have the necessary tickets or passes for express lane access. Monitor and manage guest behavior to maintain order and safety in the express lane area.
