The Evidence for Action (E4A) National Program Office is led by Director Nancy Adler, PhD; Co-Director David Vlahov, RN, PhD, FAAN; Associate Directors Maria Glymour, ScD, MS, and Laura Gottlieb, MD, MPH; and Deputy Director Erin Hagan, PhD, MBA. The E4A National Program Office is housed in the Center for Health and Community at the University of California, San Francisco.
