Description/Job Summary + This person will be responsible for conducting the daily activities of Case Management Services for the individuals residing in the Bridge to Independence program. He/she will carry out all assigned service responsibilities to all individuals enrolled in the program. + This person will demonstrate a commitment to working with adults with challenging circumstances which may include mental health issues, homelessness and also have the knowledge and ability to provide intensive case management services. + This position shall be in compliance with Federal Wage and hour regulations. Scheduled work time is to be flexible so as to guarantee responsive and meaningful treatment and supervision of residents. Hours of work may be on a 'rotating shift schedule' and may include some weekend and holiday hours.
