Job Description Job Description FINANCE MANAGER Reporting to the President, the Finance Manager will be responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting, and reporting activities. The Finance Manager will lead all day-to-day finance operations of the TNLA budget of $3 million and the smaller TNLA Foundation and TNLA PAC, including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and assistance with investment administration. The Finance Manager will ensure that the systems and procedures in place support effective program implementation and flawless audits. The Finance Manager will work closely with program leaders, not only to educate them regarding finance and accounting procedures but also to explore how the finance function can support program operations.
