A Day in the Life:Responsible for the safe and efficient supervision of day-to-day assigned Crush, Refinery, Milling or Packaging production operations department shift. Support the Mgr-Production Operations in monitoring and improving plant productivity. What You'll Be Doing:Cultivate a safety culture where unsafe acts are not tolerated, and employees and management have a common goal of zero injuries.Oversee assigned department production shift activities (crush, refinery, milling, packaging, warehouse, boiler house, and/or elevator) to ensure operations are running at the highest levels of efficiency. Ensure assigned shift is compliant with sanitation requirements.
