Job Description Job Description The Position Reporting Relationships This position will report directly to the President of the TC/American. This position is responsible for manufacturing operations at three facilities. This role will be responsible for a current staff of 48 with 5 direct reports. Basic Function Reporting to the President, the operations manager will be responsible for the management of plants, staff, scheduling, quality, safety, and plant asset acquisition and disposal for the Company. This position will lead relationships with plant employees, plant managers, and vendors. This position will ensure plant assets are being used effectively, provide key inputs for business planning and budgeting, and lead the company’s operations moving forward.
