Funded through the United States Department of Education TRiO program, we focus on the low- income, potential first- generation college students. The Educational Opportunity Centers of Pennsylvania provides Financial Aid Assistance, help completing the FAFSA, the PHEAA, and guidance with college admission and career counseling. The Educational Opportunity Centers of Pennsylvania is staffed by a dedicated team of professionals who are experts in the field of post-secondary access, education and training. This program is offered 100% through a federal grant of $480,000 (ETS) and $618,819 (EOC) for the current fiscal year from the U.S. Department of Education, with facilities and administrative support provided by the Educational Opportunity Centers of PA, a 501c3 nonprofit entity.
