ESE Consultants, Inc (ESE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc. (TBI). ESE supports TBI's residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 17 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington. ESE began in the early 1980's with one survey crew in Bucks County, Pennsylvania to help Toll Brothers with production and quality control. As Toll Brothers grew, ESE grew, expanding into Chester and Montgomery counties and New Jersey. In the mid-eighties ESE started their engineering team and became known as Eastern States Engineering. Within the next several years ESE grew rapidly and expanded into land planning and landscape architecture. In the mid-2000's Eastern States Engineering changed their name to ESE Consultants Inc. to reflect their geographical expansion beyond the eastern seaboard. Learn more about our team.
