First Capital EMS is a management company that is consolidating the services and personnel of Grantley Fire & EMS, West York Ambulance and York Regional EMS organizations. Through grant funding provided by the York County Community Foundation, First Capital EMS has been able to combine these three non-profit EMS organizations into a newly formed entity that improves services to our York community.
