POSITION SUMMARY: Guest Relations Team serve as ambassadors to all Aquarium visitors. Guest Relations Specialists are responsible for implementing daily requirements relating to guest entrance and exit of the Aquarium, including ticket sales, scanning, general upkeep, annual pass sales, guest traffic flow, 4D Theater operations and other attractions.
