Luxor Healthcare - The position of Van Driver is to drive residents to and from physician appointments and events in a safe manner and in accordance with established procedures. This position must work effectively with team members in ensuring that work is completed and quality care is given. Van Driver Duties: Transport and assist residents in facility vehicle, to outside physician visits in a safe manner. When not transporting residents, assist on the floor with resident care. Provide one on one monitoring for residents deemed an elopement risk on outside visits. Perform basic nursing care procedures for residents as required.
