About This Role You will own the end‑to‑end design of challenges that build a student's love of learning, give parents reports, and help teachers shine. You’ll prototype fast, play‑test daily with real classes, and build systems so content quality scales as we open new sites. Students stay with Lando for up to three years, two hours per class.
