In this role, you'll conduct routine analytical testing that supports process control, quality assurance, and product development. What You'll Do Conduct physical and analytical testing using instruments such as: pH meters, viscometers, rheometers Auto-titrators, laser particle size analyzers Operate STARLiMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and instrument-specific software Search and reference databases for test methods and specifications Record and report analytical results with precision Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, and internal documentation standards Adhere to strict safety, housekeeping, and waste disposal protocols Support lab

Job Summary: Perform routine testing in the Formulations lab, providing crucial analytical data for process and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine analytical testing using advanced equipment (pH meters, viscometers, rheometers, etc.). Operate STARLiMS and other software systems. Record, calculate, and report results accurately. Maintain records to meet ISO standards. Ensure safety and housekeeping practices. Support lab operations by maintaining supplies and disposing of waste. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Skills Required: Strong communication skills. High attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Team player with a cooperative attitude. Proficient in Excel and Word. Education/Training: High school diploma with chemistry and algebra coursework plus some work experience, or 10-20 hours of college chemistry and algebra with no laboratory experience, or BS degree in a science discipline with no laboratory experience.
