GeoConcepts, was formed in 1995 to provide full service Geology and Geotechnical (Soils) Engineering Services by combining the professional experiences and expertise of Robert Sousa and Scott Walter. We provide engineering geology and geotechnical engineering explorations for residential properties, commercial properties, industrial developments, and land use planning. We have expanded over the years to include additional licensed geologists, licensed engineers and certified soils technicians. Our primary focus was initially on residential development such as custom single family homes (hillside and flatland), additions, pools, tennis courts, and decks. Over the years the scope of projects has expanded to include residential tracts, commercial properties, multi-family residences and subdivisions.
