My experience here has been relatively smooth. Good experience overall, and it is particularly inspiring or innovative. The performance review process is fair, transparent, and constructive. There’s a clear hierarchy, which can be limiting in decision-making. There's a genuine spirit of helpfulness among colleagues.

Managers recognize potential and encourage employees to step outside of their comfort zones. The leadership team is approachable and listens to employee feedback, often implementing suggested changes. We are given paid volunteer days and opportunities to support local charities. I’ve had access to a wide range of training and career development programs, and internal mobility is encouraged. With great employees, they have the resources to handle volume but individual interactions felt transactional. The depth of expertise across employees is remarkable.
