We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated mass tort litigation paralegal to join our team. This person must be able to support CST time zones and support the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm, in office on Tuesdays, otherwise remote. Key Responsibilities Include: • Scheduling hearings, trials, meetings, and conference calls with attorneys • Coordinating depositions • Effectively communicating with clients to obtain relevant case related information and providing timely updates on their cases • Reviewing and evaluating cases for attorney review and filing • Filing cases both in state and federal courts • Reviewing and understanding MDL court orders • Managing case workflow within the firm’s electronic case management system • Drafting lawsuit initiating pleadings and other pleadings, discovery response
