Who We Are: The facilities maintenance technician is part of a small, highly visible team that performs building and ground maintenance at all APMG facilities. This hands-on position will assist with change-outs of mechanical components for various infrastructure and HVAC systems, emphasizing preventive maintenance to achieve utility savings. Along with the facility manager and other team staff, this position will assist with building coverage throughout the day through designated shifts on an on-call basis. Seasonal duties may include assistance with snow removal and lawn maintenance on company grounds. This is a dayshift, On-Call position. Days /hours of the week will vary.
