Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. 2-5 years of experience in credit operations. Familiarity with the leveraged loan (broadly syndicated) asset class, especially in handling capital activity, income booking, and amortizations. Knowledge of CLO products is essential; experience with other financial products is a plus. Strong understanding of portfolio requirements, ensuring timely processing for month-end and quarter-end reporting deadlines. Hands-on experience with core credit operations systems, including order management (trading), compliance systems, data flows, and fintech tools for CLO management (issuer level, security level, and trade data).
