They register patients, collect copays, answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, relay all messages accurately, schedule appointments, keep updated records of insurance cards, and check out patients after appointments. Familiarity with Veradigm software program is a plus. Prior experience and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred but we will train the right candidate.
