Communication from leadership could be more frequent, but team members generally pull their weight and complete tasks responsibly and professionally. Resources are adequate, and it is available when needed most. This, combined with a positive work environment, makes it an excellent place to build a stable and rewarding career in healthcare.

I don’t feel particularly challenged, but I don’t feel overwhelmed either. Employees feel supported and it ise a lack of agility in adapting to new challenges. Knowing our work directly benefits so many people is incredibly fulfilling. There’s a strong emphasis on policies and consistency, which provides structure but limits flexibility. Working here has been a truly rewarding experience.

Managers are professional, but communication gaps exist across departments. I’ve enjoyed my time here thanks to great coworkers and supportive leadership. It's fulfilling to work in a place where your voice matters and your efforts are appreciated. The clinic culture is neither exceptionally warm nor particularly cold.
