The combination of interesting work, brilliant and kind colleagues, and supportive management creates an environment where I can do my best work and grow professionally. Feedback loops ensure we continuously improve our services. Ideas are judged on merit, and there's a conscious effort to ensure all voices are heard. Managers are approachable and provide helpful feedback. Managers are generally supportive, though some departments lack proactive leadership.
