Despite being a new company, the impact we make on the community is significant. It’s a fulfilling place to work with measurable impact beyond the walls. This organization offers meaningful work, great colleagues, and professional stability. Staff were helpful, but the clinic felt understaffed. I appreciate the opportunities for professional development offered here. Documentation was thorough yet efficient, meeting all regulatory requirements. Training programs are available but sometimes repetitive. Training programs exist but are sometimes outdated.

Highly recommended. Leadership development here is genuine and ongoing. Employee input is valued, and there are clear policies that promote fairness.
