Our family started in the Hotel Industry back in the 80's with the acquisition of two small motels located in Old Saybrook, CT and Meridian, MS. It was the hard work and fundamentals of business taught to us by our fathers Champak Desai and Rashmi Thakor that seeded the desire to create Triad Property Management
