The opportunity to work on diverse and challenging financial projects means I'm constantly learning and expanding my skillset. I always leave my reviews feeling motivated and with a clear understanding of my strengths and areas for improvement, which is incredibly helpful. Summer Fridays are a much-loved benefit! That extra half-day each week in the summer allows for more time with family and friends. Innovation isn’t a primary focus.

Management is transparent about company goals and performance, and employee input is encouraged through regular check-ins and surveys. Room for improvement in employee engagement and development opportunities. Highly professional.
