This role will be responsible for global management of IMI's chartering activities, overseeing a global team of chartering managers, performing/supervising fixtures, and assisting in post-fixtures activities for bulk vessels chartered by the Company. He or she will develop and maintain a system to provide the Company with up-to-date visibility of all chartered vessels. The VP Chartering will keep in constant contact with brokers and owners and report regularly to Company Traders and management about actual positions, freight markets, trends and analysis.
