Position Summary The Senior Financial Analyst will support the company's Business Development ("BD") and Strategic Planning efforts. This position will support the Business Development team on the analysis and pro forma impacts of upstream deals including, but not limited to, asset acquisitions, corporate mergers, and divestitures. Additionally, this position will focus on setting the strategic direction of our upstream and supporting businesses. These responsibilities will allow the candidate to interact with senior management of our various business units to impact the strategic direction of our company. This is a unique opportunity for candidates with investment banking or finance experience to work at a premier oil and gas operating company. This position will report to the Director of Strategic Planning, and is located in Houston, TX. Hybrid work schedule is an option for remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
