POSITION OVERVIEW & PURPOSE The Packaging Lead will report to the Manager of Operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of packaging, fulfillment and distribution at our Hudson Valley workshop based in Red Hook, NY. This role will be responsible for managing, motivating, and assigning daily tasks out to a team of Packaging Assistants to ensure packaging goals are achieved. Additionally, the Packaging Lead will be responsible for facilitating all outbound shipping activities and ensuring adherence to retailer pack-out specifications.
