The Quality Assurance Analyst plays an important role in ensuring the quality standards of products are met. This position will work closely with operators, shift supervisors, and engineers to assure all suspect material is identified, procedures are carried through, and training/education is conducted to ensure future success and high-quality standards are met. The hours for this position will be Sunday-Thursday 11PM-7:15AM. Some overtime may be required based on business need. Responsibilities: Conduct routine quality audits (inspection of samples of molded components). Identify Non-conforming material and work with press operators and shift supervisors to assure all suspect material is documented. Identify abnormal conditions as indicated by statistical software and communicate these with high priority to the responsible Quality Engineer.
