Role: SENIOR ENGINEER Location: Plymouth, MN (Onsite) Job Description & Skill Requirement: • Minimum 7-10 years of experience as Medical Device Testing • Solid experience in Medical Device Standards. • Solid experience with Test case design and Test case execution, Test Plan Creation, Regression Testing, Integration Testing and System testing. • Experience with Class II, Class III medical device verification and Validation. • Experience with Wireless, Networking • Passionate about quality of the product and following well-defined SDLC, Strong knowledge on the Test case design.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and troubleshoot Siemens PLC systems (S7-300, S7-1200, S7-1500). Configure and modify HMI and SCADA systems using TIA Portal and WinCC. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process teams during system integration, commissioning, and start-up phases. Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control panel layouts. Conduct I/O checks, simulations, and support FAT/SAT for new installations or system upgrades. Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support in live production environments. Document logic diagrams, maintain backups, and log control changes thoroughly. Ensure systems comply with IEC, ISO, and internal safety and quality standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience working directly with Siemens PLCs and automation technologies.
