Job Description Job Description The Woodview Property Manager is fully accountable for all property operations. The purpose of the Property Manager is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources to accomplish property objectives as set forth by the Area Vice President. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values. Qualifications 3 years of experience in on-site property management; 1 year of experience as a manager of a multi-family complex. Experience with Lease Up is preferred. 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity and a successful track record of accomplishments. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Yardi, OneSite, Real Page, and Velocity rental systems. Well-developed interpersonal skills.
