Job Description: The Senior Credit and Collections Specialist will play a central role in collaborating with key stakeholders within finance and across the organizationon, with a focus on billing accuracy, monthly reconciliation efforts, invoice creating/tracking, cash application, and account collection while striving for operational excellence. This position will support the credit and collection efforts across all BGMP categories including Print, Digital, and Events. As this team member will be instrumental in monitoring customer credit lines, contacting overdue accounts, and utilizing various collection strategies to ensure timely payments, excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail will be key attributes of a successful candidate.
