You must have a proven track record in hands on filmmaking in one or more crafts; directing, shooting, editing, motion graphics and design. We are looking for individual's with a proven track record in telling stories through film, in working with a variety of client types and who are happy working on a wide selection of projects from animation to live action and from corporate to commercial. We are looking for someone with the ability to take on an overseeing/supportive role across a number of projects while also leading specific projects from development to delivery with a hands on approach. The ability to prioritise and react to juggling projects is essential. We pride ourselves in pairing our quality content with a high-end visual aesthetic and it is essential that our creative leads have a great design eye, sensitivity for tone and visual approach to storytelling. Our creative leads work alongside a producer in taking projects from concept to delivery and the ability to harness a team and resources by setting a clear creative vision and communicating that effectively is essential.
