Position Summary Responsible for providing students in respective dormitory with a safe, clean, and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement, and success. Serve as the lead case manager for residential students and provide personal counseling to enhance student employability, and ensure continued enrollment and qualified success in Job Corps. Supervise a dedicated Dorm Life team to provide services to assigned students. Train and assist students to become effective leaders who influence a positive Center culture. Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
