In 2005, Jesse Eubanks launched the Hope for Louisville program as a ministry of Jefferson Street Baptist Center. Hope for Louisville was designed to build relationships with homeless guests and residents in order to bring the presence of Christ and power of the gospel into difficult life circumstances. Developing on the previous model of Hope for Louisville, Love Thy Neighborhood was launched in 2014. LTN is built on a duplicating model that will allow for expansion to serve more neighborhoods, nonprofits and cities each year. LTN is a 501(c)(3) organization.
