Consistent hours, respectful coworkers, and fair treatment from management make this a solid workplace. The training programs are exceptional, keeping us at the forefront of lean manufacturing and Industry 4. Managers are fair, listen well, and promote internally when possible. It feels good to contribute to a company that is a leader in its field and also a great employer. Training exists but is often generic. I haven’t faced any major issues here, and management generally stays out of the way.
