Position Summary: The Cost Accountant will perform advanced cost accounting analyses to compare estimated costs to actual costs and prepare a variety of related budget reports. The role requires collaboration within the accounting team as well as with various groups of the operations and sales teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Reviews work order transactions to identify costing errors. SUMMARY The Senior Staff Accountant works in partnership with departmental staff to manage offshore team and ensure day-to-day accounting functions are completed. A successful candidate will have a strong background in balance sheet reconciliations and a clear understanding of full cycle accounting.
