Simon is currently in search of a Project Manager with construction experience for their operations in the Rapid City, SD area. Job Summary: Plans, oversees and directs all phases of construction projects; may have direct reports, including, but not limited to, assistant project managers/estimators, and superintendents. Main Responsibilities: • Embrace the Company’s safety culture, actively support all safety initiatives, and adhere to defined accountabilities implemented by the Safety Steering and Continuous Improvement teams • Support, promote, and practice the Company core values, vision, and mission; follow code of ethics, workplace conduct, safety, and other established policies • Partner with management teams to effectively utilize all resources, including personnel in order to complete assigned construction projects • Attend preconstruction meetings and weekly progress meetings • Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel and subcontractors; communicate with engineers
