Description GENERAL SUMMARY: Working under the direction of the Janitorial Program Supervisor, the Custodian cleans and services office areas, public entranceways, carpets, tile floors, elevators/stairwells if applicable, and restrooms in a safe, efficient manner. Type of supervision exercised: None. Jobs reporting to this position: None. EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. WORK EXPERIENCE: Six (6) months of custodial experience is preferred. SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Must be cleared according to Act 169 in areas required. Needs to be able to work a flexible schedule work time. Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills are desired.
