Who we are looking for: Slate is looking for an HCM Implementation Lead to join our growing HR team. In this highly dynamic and visible role, you will be responsible for leading the design and configuration, defining the access control, coordinating integrations, and managing the implementation of a new HCM system. You will act as a key partner to HR process owners and colleagues in the development of modern and innovative HCM solutions. You will be responsible for the HCM strategy as the company grows and evolves. This position reports directly to the CHRO. The role offers a balance of strategic opportunity to help drive our HR technology initiatives throughout our organization aligned to the business plan, and significant operational responsibility and execution.
