Overview: The System Business Analyst supports the Regional Business Directors as the primary finance point of contact for of an assigned region, associated department(s) and business unit(s), providing direct and proactive support with budget development, operational performance analyses, strategic financial analyses and business case/capital proforma development. The System Business Analyst reports to Regional Business Directors but has accountabilities to the operations leaders within the region and/or assigned entities (inclusive of, but not limited to regional CMOs, CEOs and other operations leadership as well as the ARH executive team). It is general practice that the System Business Analysts will have assignments that are complex and/or higher volume, serving regional markets, facilities and departments with finances while being a liaison to other finance related subject matter experts.
